Delete your account

In the app
Open PRIMA ONE, go to Profile, scroll down and tap Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email privacy@primaapp.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my PRIMA ONE account". We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, username, messages you sent, voice notes, files, call history, contact matches, saved places, plans and business pages you own.
What may be kept
Anonymous visit counts that can't identify you, and safety reports about misuse where the law or safety requires it. People you chatted with keep their own messages.
